Please be mindful that your guests may select items you did not register for at Neiman Marcus. We cannot guarantee that you will not have duplications, as several guests can make the same purchase on the same day. Personal service Make an appointment with one of our expert bridal consultants to receive personalized assistance throughout your registry period and your bridal consultant will help facilitate any returns or exchanges you wish to make. We recommend scheduling a personal appointment on your first registry visit and also after your wedding day to review any items remaining on your list. Gift purchases When gifts have been purchased, they are removed from your registry (please allow 2-3 days for purchasing information to post). To inform you of gift purchases, we will send the gift notification services you request when you register. In order to keep your registry accurate and to avoid duplication, we ask that you update us with any other gift purchase information from other retailers. Please check your gift list periodically for updates. Important times to check your gift list would be following a bridal shower or holiday, and a few weeks prior to your wedding day. Phone orders Your guests may choose to order from your gift list by using the telephone. Our toll free number is 1-877-335-5252. You may also call any NM store. At your request, a copy of your registry may be sent to any of your family and friends. Shipping address Your shipping address should be one where someone is available to receive deliveries during the day and during your honeymoon. We recommend using the address of a relative, friend or business office within the United States. Out-of-stock items Neiman Marcus cannot guarantee that items available upon registration will be in stock throughout the duration of your registry period. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery on items that are temporarily out-of-stock. In the event that an item has been discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible, so that you may select an alternate gift(s). Our return policy General Return policy: Should you wish to return any items purchased from Neiman Marcus, we will gladly credit your account. Return items to the address included with the purchase or to a Neiman Marcus store close to you. When returning items, please include the Gift Enclosure or the packing slip. Bridal Return policy: After your wedding, please call and schedule an appointment with the Bridal Specialist. At that time, we will be happy to assist you with your exchanges and the completion of your registry. All returns and exchanges are to be completed within one year of your wedding date.
